Grandma's tasty fries, deliciously coarsely cut, so you can enjoy the delicious, full flavor of the potato even more. Grandma's tasty fries are extra thick fries for the real fan. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just like fries should be. Aviko carefully selects the best fresh potatoes from local farmers. The potatoes are peeled, cut and specially pre-fried, so that they can be perfectly fried in the deep fryer, oven or air fryer. A delicious combination is Aviko's grandma's fries with fresh vegetables and a (vegetarian) hamburger. But you can also give the fries a special twist by making rosemary fries. To do this, fry the fries according to the instructions on the packaging until golden brown and crispy. In the meantime, remove the rosemary needles from the sprigs: Chop them finely if necessary. Add a few rosemary needles in the last minute when preparing in the oven or air fryer. Sprinkle salt over the fries and serve immediately.

Deep fryer: Heat liquid frying fat or oil to max. 175ºC. Fry portions of approximately 500g for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not fry too dark and fry smaller portions for less time.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Divide portions of approximately 500g over the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn once in between.

Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180ºC. Bake portions of 750g for 13 minutes. Shake once in between. (Based on use of an air fryer XL).
